The team I have joined is very welcoming and extremely supportive. They have a great attitude towards their employees. There is a very good package if you meet their standards, which are also high. There is a flat management structure with access to everyone. There are opportunities to move roles within the organization if you wish to.
You will find that Amazon is not like any other employer out there. However, once you have gotten into this, it is not a true con.
