Long programming test, minimal feedback, unpaid. I would not repeat this experience. Anyone can write performant algorithms, but no one should have to study to write them in under 30 minutes. That's not the job, and it's not a good measure of talent

Poor experience. Worst interview. They just kept asking leadership questions, which are just overselling yourself. Telling a bucketload of shifty lies. If you know how to bluff, Amazon is calling you. Lots of storytelling experience is what you need
