A lot of processes, but necessary for a company of this size. The pace is quite high, but you have the time to learn and ramp up. Ops heavy. You have to love reading :)
The process included application screening, an online assessment, and a technical screening. This was followed by three interviews: * One behavioral * One for DSA problem-solving * A final interview combining technical and behavioral question
The interviewer introduced themselves and explained the format of the interview. I was given a coding problem to solve in real-time. Standard behavioral/cultural fit questions. Time for me to ask questions about the role/company.
An online assessment that takes 70 minutes is a waste of time, in my opinion. It was supposed to be for a graduate role, but they made me complete a HackerRank assessment with random problems worded in a confusing way.
