Perfect blend of hands-on manual work, brainstorming, and troubleshooting, and administrative duties. There are also many ways to advance or move around in the company. Unlike any other jobs I have had, AWS goes above and beyond to assist you in getting to where you desire to be.
I am not a fan of the lack of support for the night shift employees. It makes it very difficult to get visibility and earn promotions.
Based on what I am experiencing, management should set up programs for the evening team members so they can get proper training and exposure.
