Great company and work culture
There are lots of pros. You get to work with the finest minds in the field, company benefits, parties, and stocks (although the vesting period is not good: 5-15-40-40).
Lengthy work hours, too much bureaucracy, and India Zone doesn't really get the first preference for good projects. Work-life balance is not there at all. Most days, I had to work like 10 to 12 hours a day.
