They make everyone overwork
I was lucky to have great people on the team.
But they were extremely overworked. My manager had to take Mondays sick because they worked all weekend and didn't get any rest.
Also, the interviewer for another position (when I was interviewing for another internal position) was completely disrespectful. She did not even turn on the camera because she was sitting there in her pajamas. She was super cold and indifferent.
I am mostly worried about my co-workers who had no life.
