Culture is pretty bad, to say the least. People are obnoxious and abusive.
There's an open ranking system, but each team has its own bar.
Since COVID started, there wasn't much real help for people to adjust. They just allowed you to take home a display and compensated up to 10 days of childcare. It ends there.
I hope that I will never have to work there anymore.
