Salary and relocation benefits. Friendly managers. Opportunity to innovate.
Confusing processes and a lot of portals.
Less clarity in responses from HR/Admin departments.
Just salary, nothing else – no goodies, T-shirts, etc.
Infra & Facilities are not up to the expectation in Poland.
The onboarding tasks/trainings could be made better, more aligning to the roles and responsibilities of the employee. Employees expect gifts/goodies upon joining or on special occasions, as many organizations are doing this these days.

Applied, waited a while, got OA, two-question LC med, final round behavioral + LC easy. Waitlisted then got off the waitlist. Pretty chill process, maybe somewhat RNG with interviewer. Chill process overall.
Software Engineer
It was easy and to the point. The interviewer was sweet and allowed me enough time to think about how to approach solving the problems. The coding question asked was for an inventory and managing it. It was an easy solve with the right data structure
