Meaningful and challenging work. You are considered an expert in your field normally, which lends itself to some creative freedoms when it comes to projects you're assigned.
No "family" feel. Everyone is cut-throat. You will be expected to review your team members with the knowledge that a minimum of 5% of you will be laid off. This leads to a brutal environment of people talking badly behind closed doors, and an overall lack of cohesive team feeling.
