Great place to work, excellent onboarding process
Here for about 2 months, the onboarding process is great. Lots of trainings, internal procedures, etc. Very good telecommuting options. Great environment and offices. Supportive people.
Salary is quite confusing. You get a 3-year plan, including base salary, complement, and stock options, that decreases year to year. Therefore, you're expected to do a great job to have increases.
