Pros

They really think a lot about their employees; they care for us.

Balance between work and personal life is up to you; they give you the tools and opportunities to have a perfect balance.

A lot of time to settle into the company and a lot of time for training.

Benefits are awesome.

Projects are good, with a lot of opportunities to grow and develop!

They put a lot of effort into Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity.

Cons

A lot of information at the beginning, so you feel overwhelmed, but with time you feel more comfortable.

Really difficult to understand a lot of concepts inside the company, but with time you really understand.

One of the internal processes didn't go as expected, but nothing to worry about.

Advice to Management

Managers should be with you more. I mean, ask if you are okay or something. At Amazon, you have to go to them, not the other way around.
