The culture overall at Amazon has been great. I've met several key stakeholders and have not felt as though I am beneath them in anyway; they value input and opinions.
There are too many processes involved in trying to introduce a product or solution in a timely manner. These processes get in the way of rapid innovation and deployment.
Sometimes managers can get a little too myopic. Step back for a moment and take it all in. See where the strengths in your teams are and uplift.
