We are meant to be a global team, but the teams in the Americas dominate, and we have to play the political games.

They have no work-life balance.

People steal each other's ideas, accuse people of horrible things, and HR brushes it off.

Also, recruiting is a nightmare, and resources in general are hard to find.

Turnover is extremely high; there is no continuity or loyalty since there is so much churn.

I'd been with my last company 10+ years and was planning to do the same at Amazon, but it is not the work environment I desire.
