Hands-off projects with mistakes so big that it costs millions to repair.
Does not follow their own leadership principles.
Lies are okay if it's to cover their own tracks. Employee concerns are swept under the carpet when it suits management not wanting to answer concerns.
Untrustworthy leadership changes the rules and policies when it suits their needs.
