Definitely work hard, hope to make history, but no fun at all
Compensation is great. Signing bonuses are great.
An atmosphere of fear breeds resentment and mistrust. It is an unpleasant and sometimes hostile work environment. I would not recommend it to a friend. Expect to get huge amounts of pressure, work late, and have unrealistic schedules to deliver results. I would not recommend this place to a friend.
Lighten up. Professionals do not need to be treated as children. Talent will leave, as I plan to.
