Super awesome core culture, smart people all around to talk to. Access to pretty much all tech content/talks/knowledge (open culture).
Bad middle-level managers with less technical knowledge. Ex-program managers now turning into senior managers without any vision. Basically, the culture is getting polluted.
Have more scrutiny over managerial promotions or role changes. Do frequent audits for org-level culture checks. I love core Amazon culture, but I hate my org's.
