Fascinating work and a helpful, friendly atmosphere
Progression is actively encouraged. Helpful colleagues. Dynamic environment. Employees can undertake projects with a view to improving a particular task. The canteen is regularly replenished with fresh fruit, and the coffee is lovely.
I heard some people complain about the shift. (For me, it's not the worst shift pattern.) The shift rotation is 2 days one week, 5 days the next.
One must be extremely careful to follow security protocol correctly at all times. This can take some getting used to.
As a contract employee, I had no dealings with management. Apart from that, I think important information for employees should be clearly communicated and not passed merely by word of mouth. There were times when everyone was confused on the correct method for a specific task, which I think an email might have clarified.
