Easy to get in even with no experience due to extremely rapid expansion.
Good benefits.
Health insurance is fairly cheap due to the massive number of employees.
Lateral movement.
Cutthroat environment. Tons of worthless programs due to people doing projects for promotion and then immediately abandoning them after getting promoted.
Poor 401k match. Poor quality control due to mass hiring.
Management are mostly trash because they only care about their own promotion. Very little quality training; mostly check the box.
Care about your employees. Stop thinking that saving money is the absolute bottom line. Actually train your new hires instead of making older employees train them while at the same time giving the new hires a higher pay rate.
