Disorganized and toxic
Great compensation with work that isn't extremely difficult.
So much disorganization that it takes close to a year to do something a small team of intelligent people could finish in a few weeks. A lot of the people are toxic and will bully coworkers and talk about them behind their back.
Fire incompetent employees faster, significantly raise the hiring bar, and ensure employees are inclusive and accepting of others.
