Pros

The onboarding process is well-organized, and the material, in general, is useful.

Pays correctly and is career-oriented.

Benefits are extra points here.

Is project-oriented.

HR is fast to help.

My manager is a people-oriented person and never pushes you.

Cons

The culture is about doing it yourself. Don't expect someone to take you by the hand and show you what you have to do to operate in the company.

Onboarding is overwhelming, and you don't learn all the things they expect you to learn during the onboarding process. You will forget most of them.

It is difficult to adjust to the team in the beginning. Some items are unclear, and it takes too long to understand your activities and goals.

Advice to Management

Improve communication between team members so the new ones do not feel overwhelmed and dislocated.
