Working culture is very professional. I've heard that teams in the US can have bad managers and disloyal teammates, but I've never experienced that in the UK.
The office is very ok-ish. There can be quite a lot of back and forth in meetings about very low-impact topics. This, from someone coming from a faster-paced company, might be a shock.
