• Always something new: a project to take over, a problem waiting to be solved, or even just a meeting to welcome new hires to the team.

• Comfortable working space: In a short period of time, I became very comfortable in my working space and with my coworkers. Amazonians are a family, always welcoming new members.

• Workload: At the beginning, I was naturally swamped with a lot of training. As soon as you prioritize your workload, you are appreciated.

Job description vs. reality: Even after a while, the job description wasn't clear. No one knew what I was supposed to be doing or had a plan for my workload.

Recruitment: I would have liked it better if I didn't have to choose between the position I applied for and my work location.

A bit of preparation before my arrival would have gone a long way.
