On-call for some teams can be pretty tough.
They asked basic questions about technical stuff, then another purely technical round where I was given one main coding problem, followed by four follow-up questions/variations based on the initial problem.
The first stage was the OA and workstyles assessment. After getting through it, I faced the phone screen interview and unfortunately, I didn't get through. The coding question was a pretty standard product categorization problem.
