Solid pay. Challenging and rewarding career. You can gain a lot of valuable experience to take elsewhere.
Timelines are impossible, and senior management does not handle the stress associated with these timelines well.
This stress is pushed down to everyone else until, inevitably, coworkers start blaming each other because all are exhausted, and no one wants to work another weekend.
Speak truth to your superiors; stop being such yes men/women. The attrition is not sustainable.
