Great CEO, great retail side of the business.
Forced stack ranking, hostile environment, no work/life balance, cutthroat backstabbing culture, no engineering bonuses, low salaries, terrible hardware engineering leadership, impossible to get promoted.
We need to do more to develop employees and get them promoted, versus always hiring senior people externally. We need to develop an engineering bonus for project completion to be competitive with Silicon Valley. We need to approve business travel for engineers who are constantly traveling to China and giving up time with their families. We need to hire more employees to improve work/life balance.

Technical quiz. Not difficult, but not very friendly either. The interviewers dodged culture questions, while hinting that anyone who doesn't want to work 60+ hour weeks should not be applying.
Applied online. Had two interviews with managers. Each interview was 45 minutes long. - 15 minutes were spent on leadership principles. - 30 minutes were spent on technical questions, mainly covering fundamentals related to the position.
