HW Development Engineer - II
Over half of the interview focuses on Amazon Leadership Principles. You need to show technical depth across many leadership principles, using varied examples for each. There was a phone screen, followed by five hour-long interviews.
Software Development Engineer (SDE)
The interview consisted of a coding challenge (on HackerRank), a behavioral assessment, and then a round of three one-hour interviews. The process took three weeks, and after five days, they made me an offer.
