You only work 4 days a week. Insurance starts the day of your orientation and ends the end of the month that you leave. You get a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks. You start at $12.75.
40 hours in 4 days, standing on cement. You can't sit down; don't sit down. There are cameras everywhere.
IQC was on each end of the huge building. Break rooms were in the middle.
Travel time was enforced for some, but not for others. After lunch, you needed to come back for a "stand up". They noticed if you were late, unless you were a favorite.
They accused you of theoretical mistakes. (If you did 1 million bins, this would be the number of mistakes you made. That number was MUCH higher than the actual mistakes you made.) The building in IQC was VERY poorly lit and far away from everything.
Improve the lighting for IQC. Don't make people all but run to and from if they are on the far ends of the building.
As a fresher, the experience was good. They asked me LC-style questions, which were super easy. An LLD problem was also there, which was so easy. Focus on the behavioral part.
I was invited to participate in the first-round interview but was not selected to advance to the next stages of the hiring process. No further interview opportunities or follow-up communication were provided by the company after that.
Very difficult. I was stuck multiple times during the interview. I wasn’t able to even understand the questions. It was very difficult. I needed time to even process the questions.
