Following the submission of my CV, I received a rejection email the next day without being granted an interview. My application was declined without any chance for further assessment or discussion with the hiring team.

Online assessment: 2 Data Structure and Algorithms questions. Phone screening consists of behavioral and technical questions. Behavioral questions are based on Amazon Leadership Principles. Technical questions are based on DSA. I failed this step
