- Pushes you totally out of your comfort zone
- Very inclusive in hiring (race, religion, disability, sexuality, etc., etc.)
- Company stock only keeps going up
- Type A personalities thrive.
- You work for your small team of 10-15 people, not for Amazon. If your team is good, great. If your team is bad, your life is hell.
- So much attrition. New manager/co-workers practically every 6 months.
- Keep your feelings at the door.
