The first interviewer seemed disengaged and uninterested in the conversation, brushing off most of what I said. The other two interviewers across the remaining two rounds, however, were satisfactory.

First step: Form assessment. Questions about intelligence and similar topics. Sort of an IQ test as a first filter among candidates. Easy to fill out but time-consuming. Would recommend to a friend.

Applied around October. OA (behavioral, recorded questions). A few months later, had the first round (1-hour mix of behavioral and technical). Final round: virtual onsite with 3 back-to-back 1-hour rounds of mixed behavioral and technical.
