I participated in an online coding challenge, but my application has been "on going" for six months now. The challenge involved solving LeetCode questions, which were relatively simple. I never heard back, even though I answered all of them correctly

Four virtual interviews, each consisting of one hour with a 30-minute break in between each. For the first three interviews, the first portion was behavioral questions, and the second was coding. The last interview was mostly system design.

Amazon's São Paulo interview process includes an online application, logic, and programming tests. This is followed by on-site interviews covering technical, behavioral, and cultural aspects, with a focus on alignment with their Leadership Principle
