Culture is biased toward outspoken and extroverted folks. No free food. Promotion is slow and rigged for honest workers.
Pay more attention to honest and humble workers and those who bring results rather than those who brag about results. Hiring and developing the best is a leadership principle that this company fails to adapt.

The process was very easy and fast. I was asked questions about NLP and threat detection. I heard that the working conditions there are not great, so I declined. The process was a bit too long, though. I won't do it again.
