It's not so easy to deal with the politics done by people from the north region
The Mumbai datacenter is full of non-Maharashtrians from the north. There is a monopoly. They won’t allow people from other regions to work and try to bring in their community.
Complete work-life imbalance. Too much harassment from top management.
We need to look after diversity in managerial positions as well. Too many managers from one region can result in communism.

Standard 1-hour interview with two DSA questions. One was on sliding window, and the other was on trees. It was a pretty average interview, and the interviewer was helpful. The questions were LeetCode medium.
Software Internship
Applied, waited a while, got OA, two-question LC med, final round behavioral + LC easy. Waitlisted then got off the waitlist. Pretty chill process, maybe somewhat RNG with interviewer. Chill process overall.
Software Engineer
It was easy and to the point. The interviewer was sweet and allowed me enough time to think about how to approach solving the problems. The coding question asked was for an inventory and managing it. It was an easy solve with the right data structure
