Alexa Data Services looks like Amazon. When I joined, it comes out to be a BPO.
Alexa Data Services is a BPO. There are no flexible hours to work. Leadership is like making you work like a donkey. Facilities are there, but they give you no time out of work to enjoy.
When I come to the office, my thinking now is like how to waste 8 hours of life. Laptops are locked on desks. Don't go on break in the 1st and last hour. The work is like BPO data typing and data processing.
Even if you get a promotion (after 2 years of donkey work), your work is the same as before.
Please shut down Ads (Alexa Data Services).
