More work for less pay. Become more strict within teams for assessment on production numbers. No mobile phones allowed on the floor. Less time to catch a breather.
Employees need communication with the outside world even during an 8-9 hour shift. Overtime, if not done by an employee, shouldn't be pressured into it.
