Great work-life balance. The company doesn't ask you to extend the shift. If there's a requirement for extending post-shift hours, you will be compensated with overtime allowance. The leave policy is amazing, but with a small catch, which I will mention in the cons section.
As I mentioned in the pros, there's a catch in the leave policy. You can't take more than two unplanned leaves per month, which is a bummer during flu season. The company is against small breaks, which will affect your metrics, and there are tools for capturing each and every activity of the employee.
