Good work, but management
Hard to think of any pros, but all I can think of is the work environment.
Bad management. Buggy tool. Hardly access to other applications. CSOS computers. Yes men.
Try to listen to the employees that can actually bring something to the table instead of taking it up to their egos, and promote the deserving instead of yes men/women.
