UK office was mostly managed from Seattle. No one knew anything. Senior managers would come over, buy you pizza, then tell you to do 4x as much work.

It was good. I got selected. The interview was mostly English with some aptitude questions. There were a total of three rounds, followed by an HR round. Be ready with the leadership principles.
