Minimal work pressure.
Time to time bonuses and surprises.
Fast growth.
Pay is less when compared to other MNCs.
IJPs take a really long time to revert, almost 5-6 months together.
You guys are doing great for the company as well as for the country, especially during the pandemic.
I am happy and proud to be part of Amazon.
Rest, all the cons are as per my experience and knowledge, but one can easily ignore them if he needs fast-paced growth.

Machine Learning Data Associate I
It was good. I got selected. The interview was mostly English with some aptitude questions. There were a total of three rounds, followed by an HR round. Be ready with the leadership principles.
