The company gives good benefits to its employees. Amazon is a very good company, and I have much respect for it. However, a few projects and some management are not good.
High stress, high pressure. Too much follow-up from managers. Only a few mentors are good. Some mentors are horrible; they expect us to work perfectly regardless of experience.
