Company culture and volunteering, good salary for non-tech.
Micromanagement is slowly moving away from Amazon culture. L2 cannot apply for L3, and L3 cannot apply for L4, etc.
It could be better if they changed to the old method, which could earn better company recognition. The culture was slowly moving towards strict call center basics for AGDs.
