I enjoyed my time
Colleagues were wonderful. Most management held close relationships with their teams. Training was always changing and growing to accommodate most people.
Workload continues to grow, and associates aren't always privy to the justification. Annual raises were very small.
Please take the time out of your day to find and research disability accommodations and options. Amazon is very "self-serve," which means you can find something that will help guide you or a colleague. I found this out too late.
