Location. It's hard to commute into Seattle downtown or SLU. SLU has no proper public transit that would not require changing buses. Parking is limited, and you have to pay $150 per month for parking. That's a lot. Management strongly discourages working from home, even though that would help solve the commute problem or at least make it less miserable.
Managers also want everyone to work regular hours so that you commute during the worst rush hour. There are no flexible hours.
401k match is almost non-existent.
The "holiday" season is not something to look forward to. You will be working like crazy and on call.
Call with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview. The technical interview covered broad Machine Learning questions, then the coding part. The problem required prior knowledge of a calculus theorem, which, in my opinion, was not fair.
The interview process was nice and clear. I had two rounds of interviews for the internship position. Both rounds were technical interviews. They asked about my research experience and a case study. Both included programming questions.
It was good, but they didn't respond to me for a long time after 14 days. I asked them why, but they didn't respond back.
