Promotion has some bureaucracy. It's easy to reach the ceiling. There are big pay discrepancies between roles, so do your research.

Systems Development Engineer
Great interview process. There were two interviews, each one hour and back-to-back. One interview focused on behavioral questions, and the other was technical. This was very difficult, but I got lucky with good interviewers.
Software Engineer
Online assessments on LeetCode questions, including binary search, merge sort, etc. Received LeetCode easy and medium questions, and behavioral questions. Virtual interview went okay. Asked for hints during problem-solving.
Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern
Very slow and disorganized. It took over two months to get a decision, even after I had been told to expect a response within five days. There was no communication from the recruiter after sending multiple messages.
