Interesting Work, Chaotic Pace
I've really enjoyed my initial six months with Prime Air! The work has been super interesting, and my boss and team are supportive and great. The leadership principles are taken really seriously and work as guiding principles for the company, keeping things from getting stale.
Holy cow, this place is chaotic! If strict hierarchies are your thing, this won't be the best experience for you. Things move very quickly, and projects that aren't working will be abandoned with astonishing speed.
