Work / life balance is pretty reasonable. Some long weeks (50+ hour weeks infrequently) and on-call hours are required. Almost every week is at standard 40 hours.
Super generous on next career move and resources when my project was axed (Amazon has done an incredible job taking care of employees on my particular project in general).
The project was a new venture for Amazon and lasted approximately two years before they decided not to proceed with it. So, job stability/security. However, they have a lot of lateral career opportunities in engineering.
