I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ months. 3 loops, team fit and culture fit, then technical screening, and finally the 3 person panel with technical for mechanical and electrical followed by culture fit. Overall it was great.

Interviewed by hiring manager and senior engineer for an hour and was asked about battery design. First, had an interview with HR interview, and then hiring manager, and then by the team.

I applied through other source. They will screen based on the phone call and then loop interview. The phone interview lasts for 1 hour or more but mostly technical questions. Once you clear it, you will go to the loop interview.
