Working in Amazon is definitely a great experience, but my role is somewhat hectic. If we upskill ourselves, we can move internally. We have a great future in Amazon. This is my dream company; I want to work again in Amazon. It's still DAY 1. I am proud of telling Amazonian. Great perks and benefits, everything is perfect.
To get leaves is definitely a big problem in peak periods. Even in emergencies, it's a little bit tough to get permission.
