There is nothing good at this company for folks who are from a non-tech background and are at Level 3 and below.
The company seems good until you are an active employee. Once exited, it's hell. They take endless time in giving clearance post-exit and lack transparency and accountability. The only point of contact would be ERC, which is a dummy department where those people are not aware of much vital information.
Please take care of former employees in a proper way, by lending all support and ensuring the exit process goes seamlessly. I see no point in the company claiming to be the earth's most trusted employer. Once an employee exits this company, then whatever process needs to take place is purely based on luck, and nothing can be assured.
