Salary hikes are not up to the mark, and the experience we gain as an "ML Data Associate-1" is not useful when we switch to another company unless we are applying for the same job role in another company (which we rarely could find similar job openings).

I attended a walk-in interview. It was pretty basic, with an English technical assessment round followed by a one-on-one with HR. There were totally 2-3 rounds, depending on the scenario. The questions asked were basic English.
